Reality stars Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have reportedly welcomed their first grandchild.

The couple, who star in TLC's 18 Kids And Counting, welcomed granddaughter Mackynzie Renée Duggar in a home birth last night, according to People.

She is the first child of their eldest son Joshua, 21, and his wife Anna.

A family friend said: "Josh was excited to participate in the birth as well. They are both so happy."

Jim Bob and Michelle have 17 other children between the ages of 19 and 8 months old. Last month, they confirmed that Michelle was expecting her 19th child in the spring.
