According to a report on Bollywood91 it seems that many Hotmail users are getting frustrated with service problems, these problems have caused some users to be locked out of their accounts for as long as four days.
According to the report MSN Hotmail now has over 40 million active members, however this popularity has caused problems for many free accounts, according to Laura Norman who is the Hotmail product manager the service has recently received a bandwidth upgrade upgrade, however this is said to not be the cause of the down-time and Hotmail are looking into the problem.
